Hello glycoscientists,
I am looking for a endo beta-N-Acetyl glucosaminidase which would cleave the
glycosidic bond between p-Nitrophenyl and a terminal GlcNac in a di- or
trisaccharide.
Would endo F or PNGase F cleave this linkage ?
Does anyone have experience which such aproblem ?
And where the enzymes could be purchased ?
