I have released O-linked oligosaccharides by reductive B-elimination,
and I suspect that some of them will interact with Solanum tuberosum
lectin. I want to furher purify them by the agarose bound lectin. Does
anyone have any experience of this lectine in this aspect, or could
suggest literature of similar application?
