glycosylation sequences

You need to be a bit more specific. there is a very simple sequence that 
is necessary but not sufficient for N-linked glycosylation, and there are 
a variety of concensus sequeences and algorithms that predict mammalian 
O-linked glycosylation. I am not familiar with bacterial sequences, i was 
under the impression (perhaps mistaken) that bugs don;t glycosylate the 
way that Eukaryotes do.
