Dear Netters..
What would be the best way to cleave and recover only protein
from complex glycoprotein ? This glycoprotein is isolated
from plant and seem to be heavily glycosylated. It is not
that easy as it first seemed since I've already tried several
well-known methods.
Could anyone tell me some 'powerful method' as a solution..?
And also please let me know the reference of the method.
