Does anyone know if there was report on the presence of Glc1Man9GlcNAc2
structure on mature secretory glycoprotein, either naturally occurring or
recombinantly made? I have found substantial amount (13-28%) on a
lysosomal enzyme produced by CHO cell secretion.
