I was wondering if there are any lectins with binding capacities
to chondroitin-4-sulfate and / or chondroitin-6-sulfate
(D-Glucoronate-beta(1,3)-N-Acetyl-galactosamine-sulfate).
I am interested in a cytotoxic lectin with mitogenic properties.
Does anybody know a solution to obtain chondroitin-sulfate-deficient
mutants.
