Hi..does anyone have a good handle on inhibitors of proteoglycan core
glycan synthesis e.g. non-cleavable xylosides? We are trying to study
Toxoplasma attachment and invasion in HFF and Vero cells. While we have
some of Jeff Esko's CHO mutants, we would like a complimentary approach.
