Can anyone help us?
Currently we want to improve the
glycoprotein-enzymatic deglycosylation on nitrocellulose membrane using
peptide N-glycosidase (from Sigma G4403). Certainly I never saw any paper
using this approach. I would be gratefull to receive comment on this matter.
