i'm interested in assaying the production of the following chemicals resulting
from glucose metabolism through various pathways:
lactate, acetyl CoA, glycerol, ribose and cytosolic triglycerides.
we're using mouse cell cultures. an assay for measuring lactate in the
media would be nice. we'll be making cell homogenates for the others.
