HI! Can anyone tell me if using a protein that has been electroeluted to
detect possible glycosylation of the protein is accepted for publication?
In other words: I purified a protein by electroelution and I am interested in
knowing if it is glycosylated. I bought a glycosylation detecting kit
(Oxford) but I would like to know if using electroelution will harm
glycosylation of the protein to the extent that it can not be detected.
