Sialic Acid in yeast.

A. J. Hamilton et al.  Infection and Immunity 60(1)143-149 (1992)
A 34- to 38-Kilodalton C. neoformans glycoprotein produced as an
exoantigen etc.

Page 146 column 2 line 6.
   "Neuraminadase completely destroys recognition as does peptide
N-glycanase F."   (By monoclonal antibody against glycoprotein isolated)
I do not know if there is an independent confirmation of this
observation which implies the presence of sialic acid.
