I need some quick answers, and a few direction to go in.
How is PSA attached to proteins? Is it via a normal N- or O- linkage, or
does PSA have a special individual linkage? Can it be linked directly to
the amino acid backbone? or is it just an extension of a sialic acid
linkage as is normally found in N- and O-linked glycans? Are there some
good recent reviews ( with structures) availkable. Thanx in advance.
