(Partial) answer to the following questions

To my knowledge there is no paper on the L monomers of arabinofuranoside.
But chemical shifts are available for disaccharide and oligosaccharides :
We published recently the nmr and modeling of the a(1-5) linked=20
L-arabinobiose :

Other data exist where a-L-arabinofuranosides are part of xylo-arabinan
or pectin oligosaccharides :
