Shortly after I sent out the request for names to you regarding the
Nuclear Test Program, I received this E-mail from the Japanese organizers.
The power of the Internet is astounding and, I am afraid, overwhelming for
the poor human brain. The response to the chain letter request was so
enormous, they had to stop it and use a different approach. So do not
continue the chain letter.
