There is an overall biologists' addresses searchable list with
interests accessible via the URL:

You can add your name to the list via telnet:
telnet://gopher.gdb.org:10006/
Occasionally there a requests for updates to these lists on
bionet newsgroups. However there is not to my knowledge such a list
with interests specifically for glyco-people.
