What are the magnitude orders of the complexation constants of the counterions
by the ionic polysaccharides ?
We are mainly interested in the pectinc polysaccharides of the plant cell wall
but any information on the complexation phenomenon involving other
polysaccharides will be of great help to us.
We hope that this will initiate a interesting discussion.
