Dear All,
I am trying to express GFPuv via a bacterial promoter that is known to function in E.coli.
However, I cannot detect any fluorescence in the whole cells or protein extracts. The construct has been sequenced and the contexts in cloning has been verified. Has anyone encountered this difficulty in expresing GFPuv in E. coli. I will be grateful for any comments or suggestions.
