Hi,
I am trying to use EGFP as a reporter linked to a redox sensitive
promoter. As I never used EGFP before I have several questions:
First, does anyone has experience with electroporation? Or would
lipofection would be preferable?
Second, does anyone know if mild reducing environments would affect egfp
expression or fluorescence? What about anoxia?
I greatly appreciate any help and comment.
