gfp antibodies, elisa and purification

dear all,

does anyone have experience in the use of ELISAs to quantitate
EGFP or GFP. also are there any cheap sources of antibodies ?

secondly, has anyone tried to purify GFP or eGFP. any experiences would 
be appreciated
