The field of mechano-biology in cancer, which relates the biophysical and mechanical properties of human cancer tissue to its behavior and treatment response, is expanding rapidly. We are looking for a motivated PhD student for a multidisciplinary project in this field, funded by FWO-flanders and the Belgian Foundation against Cancer.
