Hello.
I recently got the administration of SRS.
And I have some problems in SRS 7.1 BLAST.
As you know, we can see the BLASTP(N) result table via SRS.
Table is composed by
BLASTP(N), Query, Search Database, Hit, Description, Top Score and so on.
BLASTP(N) field of table is linked to blast result,
and Hit field is linked to appropriate database.
On my system, Hit field of BLASTP result is linked to only SWISSPROT.
BLASTN Hit field is not linked to any databases.
I think someone had the same problem.
If you know the solution, please indicate my fault.
I wish to share this information each other.
