about linking to SRS from non-SRS pages

Since release 6.1 on the command wgetz -e <something> does not produce
HTML anymore except that it sandwiches the text between <pre> and
</pre>. I wonder if this is a "bug" or a "feature".
It is a pity, because hyperlinking to an SRS server can be useful, e.g.
from the output of a blast/fasta output parser, and it is better to
retrieve an entry in hypertext rather than as simple text, because the
cross-references can be further followed by hyperlinking. Using wgetz
with parameter -newId is not necessarly the best thing to do if a
session is not wanted. Should we try to use getz -html ?
