Sequence Versions in EMBL

The embl.is file from EBI has SV lines indexed as just the numbers,
rather than as X12345.1 (etc.)

It seems to me that the full SV is far more useful. Then I can
search for '[embl-sv:Z93241.4]' and if that fails I can still use
a search for '[embl-sv:Z93241.*]' to get the latest version.

Any preferences out there?
