Bio-Mirrors for SRS data sets

Needs care in maintaining the Icarus files, which can diverge between
sites (locations of additional field definitions an database links for
example) because the .i and .is fields must match the database indices.

I regularly pick up the EMBL indices from EBI, though they have a
known problem with the embl_acc index for multiple AC lines so I had
to rebuild that myself for the last couple of releases.
