You can put the accession numbers in a list with pipe characters in between,
for example:
http://www.sanger.ac.uk/srs5bin/cgi-bin/wgetz?-e+[embl-acc:x13776|m27612]
Of course, you may still have to strip the HTML from the results to use
them in a program. Otherwise EMBL entries start with "<PRE>ID"
instead of with "ID".
This still is not much help with a long list - the URL or the command
line would get too long.
Hey Thure - how is progress on allowing lists of entries to be passed
to getz .... ?
