does anyone know of a view that gives a short description of an entry in
a structure database similar to the one that is returned by
SequenceSimple?
what i am looking for is a query to return something like:
%getz '[PDB-id:1a*]' -view SeqienceSimpleForStruct
id description
id description
id description
id description
id description.
and so on.
any ideas would be great!
