Dear SRS-folk,
I'm having problems building the hssp-swissprot link with SRS4.08. When
I do:
srsbuild HSSP -l -xdir 'SRSINX:' -odir 'SRSINX:' -env 'unix'
I (eventually) get:
e__settoosmall, set has not enough space for IDs
attempt to copy 300001 IDs where only for 300000 is space
Looks like I need to reparameterise something. Any suggestions?
