This release is primarily a bug fix release with an emphasis on
stability and reliability improvements. However, the release also
contains a number of new features:
* Workflow Designer: scripting GUI improvements
* Query Designer: supported strand direction for queries and optional
elements
* DNA Circular view: added zooming capabilities
* Cloning "in silico": added option to edit fragment terms, annotation
of newly created fragments
