[Bio-software] Tool to convert torsion angles to pdb file

Hi,
Can anyone have or suggest the way to get tool to convert dihedral
(torsion) angles to XYZ coordinates or PDB file and the inverse also (pdb
to torsion angles). The tool is capable of taking as many number of angles
as possible.
