Hi all,
I am a Computer Engineering graduate. But, I work on optimizing fragment
sequence assembly. I have considered strands from both strands, base call
errors like insertion, deletion and modification right now. The algorithm
is tested with sample data, what i have generated without errors.It works
fine. I would like to test the algorithm with real-time data with and
without errors and the fragments should be from both the strand.Please
suggest me the way how to get the real-time data to test my algorithm?
