[Bio-software] Is there a way to list proteins sorted by MW?

Dear Dario,
You can perform such a search in PIR website. Go to  
http://pir.georgetown.edu/pirwww/search/textsearch.shtml
and set the following fields and queries (see snapshot below): UniProtKB 
ID/AC "not null" (will retrieve proteins from UniProtKB)
AND Molecular Weight "80<(kD)<=90" AND Organism Name "homo sapiens"


This will retrieve  human proteins in UniProtKB that matches the 
specified molecular weight range.
You can save the file as table, open it for example as an excel 
spreadsheet and sort it as needed.
