[Bio-software] problems with blast nr database

We have got the same problem in our lab. BLAST crashes recently on 
several of our stations when run on nr database. The only solutions we 
found was to downgrade version of blast (even if you current version 
worked before!). Different versions of BLAST worked on different stations.
