[Bio-software] MIRA sequence assembler goes Open Source (+ announcing V2.8.2)

Dear all,

thanks to the generous permission from the DKFZ Heidelberg
(http://www.dkfz.de/) and the author of the EdIt package (Thomas
Pfisterer), on the 10th anniversary of MIRA I am able to put the whole
package under an open source license. More specifically, it is put under
the GPL version 2.

At the same time, the new stable 2.8.2 release replaces the 2.6.0 release.
