Hi,
I want to present our site related to free and opensource
bioinformatics software development. Our mission is to create visual
and interactive wrappers for famous cmdline bioinformatics libraries
and to write new bioinformatics tools with a convinient GUI interface.
Today we already have HMMER (Unix cmd line tool) wrapper adopted to
Windows platform and wrapped with a multiplatform GUI interface
written with QT library.
