[Bio-software] NHML3 help

Have you ever used nhml3 (Galtier and Gouy, 1998)? I have been trying
to use the eval_nh app but I keep getting the message "Program too big
to fit in memory", which is odd given that its a 183k program running
on a P-4 1.7 gzh and 384 of Ram...
