Hi,
a new version (4.918) of AnnHyb is available at
http://bioinformatics.org/annhyb
Some bugs were fixed (see history.txt for more details).
The interface were redesigned and the calculation of the melting
temperature of amplicons function were added (Howley, J Biol Chem. 1979,
254(11):4876-83).
AnnHyb is distributed under GPL and is only available for windows platform.
