Unipro DPview is a powerful tool for analyzing genetic sequences. It
can be used for exact and inexact comparison of both DNA or protein
fragments and whole chromosomes to find homologies and repeats,
examine the matches found in an interactive mode, filter them using
arbitrary criteria and create alignments based on this data.
Both Linux and Windows versions are available.
