does someone know an efficient software for primer design? We perform PCR
with the LightCycler instrument and it is difficult to amplify highly
diluated DNA because primer dimer make competition with target
amplification (whereas primer are very efficient for highly concentrated
DNA that is well amplified)
Does someone have a solution?
