Affymetrix Data Mining Tool (DMT) - Microarray software

Does anyone know of a free package that reproduces all of the
capabilities of DMT and produces the same results (i.e. uses the
algoritms).  Specifically, I am interested in Correlation Coefficient
Clustering.
