Hi all,
I've just compiled fasta3.4 on MacOS X. All is fine - except I'm having
a little difficulty understanding the prfx and prss output. It's been
ten years since I ran rss. Could some kind soul please tell me what
numbers I should be looking at for an idea of the validity of the
alignment?
