This sentence should probably be changed :-)

It comes from the beginning of the course  10 years ago and the fee has changed. 
However, just for your information, the fee also depends on the status of the participant.

Also consider that "nominal" does not have the same meaning in French, and we were honestly
not aware that it could mean "small" :-)

And, last, do you really consider as expansive 500 US for a 4 month, full-time course?
(about 7 US dollars per day !)
