I'm looking for good multiple alignment editors for Windows (i.e., not
programs that carry out MA, but rather editors where you can change and
edit an existing MA). What programs do you use?
I am also looking for a coloured text font for viewing of multiple
alignments in generic text editors. I know there is such a font for Mac,
but I have not seen one for Windows.
