a new beta version of AnnHyb is available at http://annhyb.free.fr:
version 4 BETA 22.
Several bugs were fixed and some functions were added. See the
history.txt file for more details about modifications introduced.
AnnHyb is release under GPL and run under Windows OS.
Please send me bug reports, suggestions and comments.
A new utility called FASTA CONV is now freely available. This program
converts the selected sequences from a FASTA output in an query
anchored result file. See the "other programs" section of
http://annhyb.free.fr for more information.
