a couple years ago i collected a number of biological simulators, mainly
metabolic simulators. unfortunately, that url address is invalidated
since last year. A new webpage is available now at
http://www.techfak.uni-bielefeld.de/~mchen/BioSim
the collection is based on the previous work, while new tools appear
everyday.
