BioneQ will present the first North American BioJava BootCamp that wil
be held at the Universite de Montreal from August 18 - August 22. The
BootCamp will be presented by Matthew Pocock, one of the founding
members of the BioJava iniative, and will cover among various topics:
-Input/Output of sequence files;
-Parsing of BLAST and FASTA outputs;
-BioJava for sequence analysis;
-Building Java tools for database queries;
The registration fee is $250.00. However, a previous experience in
programming (Java in particular) is an absolute pre-requisite. If you
