Let me make sure I understand what you're looking for.
You have several thousand unique character strings. For each string,
you would like to produce X (where X is an integer > 1) additional
strings, each string to have the same length and characters as the
original string, but in a different order. Further, you would like to
put all the original strings in one file, and have all the random
strings deposited in a different file.
Correct?
Can you run Java Swing programs?
