PDB structure viewer

Hello everybody,

I'm looking for a PDB structure viewer, which can be used as plug-in and 
which allows me to pre-define the way the structure will be visualized 
e.g by passing information via a script or an extended PDB format. I am 
interested in defining the orientation, displaying secondary structure 
information and to visualize and color residues individually.
