Hi,
my name is Davide Schembari and I'm a student in computer science at
University of Catania (Sicily).
Searching for a software for DNA secondary structure prediction, I
downloaded the executable for Windows of "RNAfold", a program of the
Vienna RNA Package.
The web interface of "Vienna RNA secondary structure prediction" has
the option for folding DNA sequences using the file "dna.par". Since I
need executing this program off-line and since I haven't found the way
to download this parameter file, does anybody know if is it possible
obtaining this file?
