I have a generic sql-based query tool that is unique in its ability to
cross-reference and
combine database information. It will soon be able to issue web queries
that combine the results of arbitrarily complex queries in different
databases. I am looking to adapt it to genetic databases, but I have no
idea what is required, how the industry stores its data, how it collects
it, and what it wishes to do with it.
Thanks for any hints.
