FASTA/BLAST Scan is a freeware and run under Win32 platform.
FASTA/BLAST Scan allow you to select sequences of real interest from
FASTA and BLAST alignments and save them in the multi-sequence Pearson
format for doing multi-alignment with CLUSTALW.
